About DDHU
A State-wide Health Clinic for Adolescents and Adults with a Developmental Disability
Since 1998, Centre for Disability Studies (CDS) has hosted the DDHU, which has operated a statewide clinic out of the Outpatients Department of the Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney (Royal Rehab). The service has been funded by the NSW Ministry of Health (MOH), to support adolescents and adults with an intellectual disability and complex health needs for comprehensive health assessments, and specific health/behavioural advice.
DDHU will be ceasing services out of Royal Rehab from the 30 June 2022. We are hoping to continue clinical services in the future from a different location however we are currently not accepting any referrals or seeing clients through this transition period.
If you have any questions, you can contact DDHU via the details below prior to the 29 June.
