I-CAN v6 Assessor Training – Registrations closed!
October 15, 2020, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
$450.00
The I-CAN is a support needs assessment, planning and resource allocation tool designed to assess and guide support delivery for people with disabilities, including people with psychosocial disability. Workshop participants will learn to facilitate I-CAN interviews with a client and their circle of support and generate an individual support needs report which helps guide service delivery and planning.
This workshop is a one day interactive webinar, with limited participant numbers to ensure a positive online learning experience for all. Please note that in addition to attending the webinar, to become an I-CAN assessor you will also need to complete:
- pre-reading material
- a two hour follow up online workshop within two months of the webinar
- an I-CAN assessment with a client that is submitted for feedback and review.
Registered participants will receive instructions on how to access the webinar closer to the training date.
Note: If you intend to use the I-CAN with plan- and agency-managed NDIS participants, we suggest that you are registered to provide therapeutic supports under the NDIS.
