Course Information:
This half day workshop is designed for disability practitioners/therapists who are new to supervisory roles or just want to know more about supervision. By attending the workshop practitioners will develop an understanding of:
- What supervision, mentoring and coaching are and their unique differences
- The role and importance of supervision, mentoring and coaching
- Reflective supervision practices
- Documenting supervision plans, agreements and minutes
Intended Audience:

Facilitator:
Laura Hogan is an Occupational Therapist (Bachelor of Applied Science), she also holds a Masters of Health Science (Developmental Disability) and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Laura has 15 years of experience working with people with disability across the lifespan with a special interest in supporting adolescents and adults with complex support needs.
