CDS is a registered NDIS provider working with participants aged 7 years and over. CDS is working with participants across NSW to increase their independence and achieve their goals.
We can support a person with a disability to participate in community life and have the same opportunities as other people. We do this through therapy facilitation and capacity building support.

What are therapy facilitators?

Therapy facilitators are workers trained to help you with your therapy plan. They can work with you on a plan designed by your allied health professional who can be a:

How will therapy facilitators help me reach my goals?

Therapy facilitators can usually work with you one-on-one more often than an allied health professional. This means you are more likely to achieve your goals! |

Therapy facilitators have lots of special skills and training on how to follow programs designed by allied health professionals. We are a team working together to support you. |

What happens if I start using here 2 enable, but its not right for me?

You will sign a service agreement when you start working with here 2 enable. | |

The service agreement says that there needs to be 1 months notice to end the agreement. We can end the agreement sooner if there is an emergency. |
