Jemima MacDonald

Jemima MacDonald holds a bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology, a Master’s degree in Developmental Disability, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is trained in Applied Behavioural Analysis. Jemima is involved in areas of research, evaluations, teaching, training and person centred planning.

Jemima joined CDS in 2013 and has worked on a number of projects, including:

BAppSc (Speech Pathology) MHthSc (Dev. Disability)

Interests:

Augmentative and alternative communication, sexuality and disability, LGBT rights and education in disability, human rights, and inclusion.

Research:
  • STAR Evaluation - Researcher
  • NOVA Employment Outcomes – Researcher. This study is investigating enhanced employment outcomes that affect the quality of employment for individuals with disabilities
  • Surf Life Saving Association NSW – Community inclusion grant
