Peta Hurst

Peta has a background in education, working in a a coordination and administrative capacity across a variety of different industries including engineering, pharmaceuticals, corporate training and schools.

Peta studied French, psychology and linguistics as part of her undergraduate degree, and enjoys working in an field where she feels she can make a positive difference.

Peta joined CDS in 2015, and enjoys the variety and breadth of projects she has been involved with, including:

  • CDS website upgrade and improvement
  • Coordination and management of the CDS short course program
  • Event organisation , including Dan Goodley's visit, The inaugural aging and disability summit, the Trevor Parmenter lecture series, and other visits.
  • Diary Management and administrative support for Professor Patricia O'Brien
  • Minute taker for CDS Board
  • Provide assistance on office related matters, such as invoicing, office equipment and supplies.

B.Arts (USyd), Cert. T.E.S.O.L (Trinity), Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Australia).
