Project Summary

CDS is working with Independent Living Villages to analyse their current resident engagement strategy through a review of policy and practice as well as interviews with residents, support staff, ILV staff and ILV Board members. CDS is then preparing a final review that will provide strategies and suggestions to improve resident engagement.
