Policy and Procedure

CDS has extensive experience assisting with:

• Drafting policy and procedure on clinical supervision for allied health practitioners
• Auditing healthcare policy and procedure against evidence-based practice standards
• Consulting on models of service delivery including the incorporation of allied health assistants and senior clinicians

Assessment of NSW Companion Card Applications

CDS has a contract with NSW Department of Communities and Justice to provide advice and review Companion Card applications. Companion Card is a scheme for people with significant and permanent disability who have a lifelong need for a higher level of support to participate in community events and activities. The scheme allows a person’s carer free entry into participating venues and events. (https://www.companioncard.nsw.gov.au/)

Clinical Assessments for NDIS Appeals

CDS provides consultant clinical assessments for Legal Aid NSW clients engaged in NDIS AAT eligibility or funding decision appeals.
