What is it?: This training module is designed to equip participants with the knowledge about preventative healthcare for people with intellectual disability. Topics include health inequalities, common health issues, routine screening and interventions, and diagnostic overshadowing.

Participants will learn to identify and understand the importance of proactive healthcare measures and ensure that the healthcare needs of people with intellectual disability are being addressed.
