About Amy
Amy is an experienced health executive and registered nurse with experience spanning clinical practice, health system planning and strategy, and operational leadership. She brings to the Head of Clinical Services role a rare combination of frontline clinical credibility and executive-level capability in complex, multi-site health environments.
Amy’s career includes senior leadership at HealthShare NSW, where she established and directed the Capital, Assets and Service Planning directorate and held Acting Executive Director, Operations responsibility across a statewide portfolio. Her executive work has spanned health system transformation for NSW Health and private sector consulting including digital services, developing clinical models of care, service redesign, and future service planning to inform investment prioritisation, with earlier experience in state-wide clinical program management and medical, surgical and mental health nursing and clinical research at Royal Prince Alfred and St George Hospitals.
She holds a Master of Public Health (University of Sydney), PRINCE2 Practitioner and Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) certifications, and completed the Business and Sustainability Programme at Cambridge University in 2025. Amy is a current AHPRA-Registered Nurse and a 2017 HARC Scholar (Sax Institute).
