About Peggy

Peggy is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chartered Accountant and senior finance executive with more than four decades of leadership across the not-for-profit, government and commercial sectors. She has held senior financial leadership positions across a range of industries, bringing extensive expertise in financial governance, audit, risk management, regulatory compliance and strategic financial oversight. Peggy combines strong commercial acumen with a values-driven approach to governance and organisational accountability.

Throughout her career, Peggy has worked closely with boards, executive teams and stakeholders to strengthen financial stewardship, improve reporting frameworks and support sustainable organisational growth. Her experience spans complex and highly regulated environments, where she has led transformation initiatives, managed large-scale financial operations and provided strategic advice to support effective decision-making.

Peggy also brings meaningful governance experience through her current board and treasury roles within community-focused organisations. In recent years, she has worked extensively within the care sector, supporting services for veterans, older people and individuals living with disability.
