About Elise

Elise joined CDS in October 2026 as Manager, Clinical Projects. She has worked across the disability sector throughout her career, beginning in disability support work and then practising as a speech pathologist across community health, education, early childhood and NDIS settings, including in rural and remote communities.

Alongside clinical practice, Elise has established new services, led quality improvement projects and worked as a university clinical educator supervising final-year speech pathology students. She has completed a Master of Digital Health specialising in health strategy and policy, and is interested in how better systems, tools and data can make health and disability services more accessible.
Elise is a passionate advocate for accessible communication, inclusive education and for improving access to health and disability services. She values working closely with people, their families and their communities.
