About Abby

Abby is an experienced Occupational Therapist who completed her training in New Zealand and has dedicated her career to improving the lives of people with disabilities—a passion inspired by her mother’s work in special education.

She has worked across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Australia, bringing extensive expertise to her leadership role. As Chief Operating Officer, Abby has been instrumental in establishing the Complex Care Service and leading the I-CAN DSOA project, driving innovation and quality in service delivery.

Abby is committed to ensuring services for people with intellectual disability are person-centred, inclusive, and make a meaningful impactful.
