Goal setting and outcome measurement

What is it?:  Goal setting and outcome measurement are important parts of clinical practice for allied health and behaviour support practitioners working in the disability sector. Person-centred goal setting helps the person with a disability say what they want to achieve and ensure that this aligns with the skills of the clinician. Once goals are agreed upon, measuring outcomes helps the person and clinician to know whether they achieved what they set out to do. This interdisciplinary workshop provides an introduction and practical tips for goal setting and outcome measurement.

Delivery: ½ day class-based training delivered online.

Target audience: Allied health, behaviour support and other practitioners involved in goal setting and outcome measurement for people with disabilities.
