About Rhea
Rhea is a Doctor of Medicine (MD) student at the University of Notre Dame Australia, originally from Alberta, Canada. Her experience with disability services and research spans exercise oncology research during her undergraduate studies, rehabilitating workers with workplace injuries, supporting children with intellectual disabilities in classroom settings prior to medical school, and undertaking quality improvement initiatives in clinical settings for children with intellectual disabilities as part of her medical degree.
At CDS, Rhea works as a research assistant. She is committed to advancing research aimed at improving the quality of healthcare for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Outside of work and study, she enjoys frequenting art galleries, attending fitness classes, and exploring coastal walks!
